How did you make you lovely deer headpiece? I have some antlers that I’ve been trying unsuccessfully to make into something wearable for some months now. If you could post up some tips or even a tutorial of how you did it, that would be great.

Also, hello; I’ve been reading your blog for a few months now, but this is the first time I’ve commented. I love how you mix and match different eras in your outfits, and always look so glamorous. I wish our vintage shops were as good here in the UK as they are where you are!

I am one out-of-towner who does not want to leave the texas sunshine! however, i do think that austin is probably much nicer with all of these throngs of people gone.

we might actually be here longer than we thought. apparently all the roads home are closed due to snow. which is exactly why i don’t want to leave the texas sunshine!

thanks for sharing your lovely city with me for a few days. it’s been delightful!

Hello! Very excited to visit your blog, as I am moving to Austin this year from New Zealand. :)

    Thanks for the inspiration,

    A xx

  4. Hi Andrea, I’m excited for you to come to Austin… let’s have tea!

I’ve been dreaming of rompers lately. I tried one on at Strut, but the shorts were very poofy and it looked a little too silly. I want to make a bright green terry cloth romper with short sleeves and a hood that zips down the middle. Anf maybe also one more the style of yours, out of seersucker. I love seersucker!

PS I added you to my google reader, and I’ve started my own website. It doesn’t have any content yet, but I hope to keep up a blog on my outfits and things I make etc. I am very inspired by yours milady! I will send you the link when I have something worth showing.
